Realm Royale is an free-to-play Battle Royale mode of Paladins made by the video game developer company Hi-Rez Studios. It's a pretty fun and immersive game and it just came out! It hit the steam top charts in the first 2 days with around 100,000 consistent players. It was mainly made popular thanks to alot of video game streamers in the platform Twitch. While it is still in alpha it delivers an different Battle Royale experience where you have to use your skills to survive. I am already the last rank you can currently get in the game which is Master. The game currently has no derank system but you can go from Bronze - Silver - Gold - Platinum - Diamond - Master in each of them you have to go up 5 ranks, for example Bronze V - Bronze I, where you will rank up to silver after Bronze I. To reach Master you will need atleast 50 wins, after 50 wins the game will also show you how much kills you have done in these 50 wins. I am currently Master with 726 kills in 50 wins.
In this thread I will give an quick guide to the game and what to expect from it.
Gameplay -
There are currently 5 classes in the game you can choose from in the start of the game while waiting for players to join. Each class has different spells and class weapons what only their class can use. Killing other players in the game and opening chests will give you loot and shards, shards are used to craft at forges on the map. Spells, weapons and armor have different quality starting from Gray - Green - Purple - Orange. The higher quality weapon and spell you have the more damage to deal to the enemies. The higher quality armor you have the more armor you have. Players start with 1200 health and 0 armor, but armor can be reached to 1200 aswell, while having full Orange armor. Class weapons of the classes also have elements do it which are currently RNG based. There is Fire, Frost and Spirit element. Fire gives the enemy a burning effect which does around 300 extra damage to the enemy when hit. Frost slows the enemies hit by the weapon, Spirit reveals the enemies hit by the weapon, kind of works as xray. Each class also has a passive showed in the picture.
Warrior -
You will be using your abilites to survive and do damage. Alot of jumping around, your class weapon is a throwing axe which does currently 900 damage to the enemy, it is mostly used in close range. I recommend playing throwing axe and as second weapon a heirloom or slug rifle. Also shotgun and rifle works. Most used spells are Charge and Shield potion spell.
Your movement spell, works as like a charge, but also gives you some airtime. Also does damage when you land on someone.
Charge, you dash foward and deal damage to players on hit.
Flask of Healing, you throw a flask that heals you and allies that are hit by it.
Net Shot, throw a net reducing players hit by it.
Shielding Potion, potion that shields you and allies who are hit by it.
Throwing Axe, your class weapon, has infinite ammo, does 900 damage.
Engineer
The mechanic of the game, puts down turrets, has a healing totem and can jump far up in the sky, also has an op barrier that you and your allies can shoot through while enemies can not. Really cool class to master and is really useful in squad games.
Thrust, jump far up in the sky, useful with your class weapon.
Fire Bomb, throw a molot kind of bomb at your enemies and it will start ticking damage on them. Useful to get enemies out of their corners.
Barricade, deploys a shiled that blocks enemy shots while lets you and your allies shoot through it.
Healing totem, deploys a totem that heals you and your allies, can be shot down by enemies.
Deploy Turret, turret that starts shooting at enemies near it, can be destroyed by enemies.
Plasma Launcher, Does 800 AOE damage to enemies hit by it.
Assassin
The rogue of the game, can go invisible, has a sniper as its class weapon which does 2200 damage to the head, and 1100 damage to body currently. Played as the open fragger in squads.
Blink, teleports foward a short distance.
Ghost Walk, become invincible and move 20% faster, lasts depending on the quality of the spell.
Sensor Drone, deploy a drone on the place hit which reveals enemies in the area, basically an xray.
Concussion Bomb, a bomb that knocks back enemies hit by it, you can also use it below yourself to knock yourself away.
Smoke Screen, throws a smoke screen that blocks vision of enemies in the area and makes you invisible till you are shot by the enemy or the cooldown goes down.
Sniper Rifle, the class weapon of Assassin, has one bullet, reload takes awhile, does 1100 damage to body and 2200 damage to the head.
Mage
Soar, you fly through the air, cool movement ability which is used to engage and get away from fights.
Wall, a wall that blocks shots and movement.
Explosive Flask, throws an explosive flask on the ground that slows enemies and does damage.
Ice Block, become immune to all damage and heals the mage while in the ice block.
Fireball, a ball of fire that passes through enemies and does damage. Damage depens on the quality of the spell.
Stone Spear, shoots out 3 shards that do 300 damage each.
Hunter
The Robin Hood of the game, has a bow and alot of movement abilities. Can become a fun class after you master its bow tactics. Using your bow after your movement abilities gives you good survivabilty.
Dodge Roll, quickly rolls at the direction the player is moving.
Blast Shot, an explosive projectile that damages the enemies hit by it.
Flare, fires a flare that reveals enemies in the area.
Withdraw, leaps backwards and enters stealth, cool to use with your class weapon.
Proximity Mine, a mine that explodes when enemies are near it.
Longbow, does 900 damage needs to charge up to do most damage.

Suht norm pela
nicely done my friend. I was thinkin about getting this on my switch. I imagine you'd encourage that decision???
If you mean switch as Nintendo Switch then it will take some time till it will get released on there. Think it's only available on PC currently.
They have released Paladins on Nintendo Switch, but because Realm Royale just came out then it's not priotized yet.
ah, I see. I knew it was on the switch, wasn't aware of the restrictions. almost like the opposite of fortnite. where you can only play the battle royale.
