seems like you're new... I'm just here to tell you that it's a bad idea to ask for upvote exchange.
Your voting power depends on your SP (steem power) and you get more of that depends on your popular posts. but your current SP is very low. so asking for a vote exchange is like telling someone "Give me $1 I'll give you $0.1" it's easy for someone to hate you when their first impression about you is that.
And finally.. you can only upvote few times daily (for me I can upvote 10 posts).. if you upvote more than that you'll make your voting power decrease until it reaches zero... so a lot of people only upvote what they like most each day.
So please don't ask for "follow" or "upvote" because anyone who likes you will do that without you asking... and anyone who don't like you won't do that even if you asked.... and since there are a lot of scammers, asking these will only make you look like one.
