The list is well made and described. But i think you missed Super Mario Odyssey. Its super fun to explore and take new challenges. Mario has new ability, his hat which thrown to other target swaps his body and gains control of the targeted character which unlocks new possibilty to explore. You should give it a try :)

I don't have a Switch, so I haven't played the new Mario or Zelda. But I'll try and borrow one for those.
