May is shaping up to be another solid month for releases on the Nintendo Switch. Two of the Wii U’s best first-party titles are seeing a re-release this month, in addition to a good number of quality third party titles.
Let’s take a look at the some of the high-profile releases coming to the Nintendo Switch in May 2018.
MAY 3
Professional Construction - The Simulation - $39.99

This release from the creators of Farming Simulator takes you from the farm to the construction yard as you use a wide variety of construction equipment to complete a wide variety of challenges.
MAY 4
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze - $59.99

The highly-acclaimed platformer is back, with the addition of new character Funky Kong who introduces an easier mode in a game that's well-known to be a stiff challenge.
MAY 8
Shantae: Half-genie Hero Ultimate Edition - $27.00

Shantae is back in an ultimate edition of Half-genie Hero, now in physical format, which includes all of the DLC to make this a must-have for fans of the series.

Immortal Redneck - $19.99

This FPS game sets itself apart from the pack with a bizarre, you take control of a redneck trapped inside a pyramid after releasing an ancient mummy. Available digitally only.
MAY 18
Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition - $59.99

Infusing the gameplay of Dynasty Warriors into the world of Hyrule, this game is a very different type of Zelda experience. This edition collects all of the DLC into a single package, with even more new content from Breath of the Wild.
Little Nightmares: Complete Edition - $29.99

The dark and atmospheric adventure will soon be available on Switch, with all of the additional content and even limited Amiibo support.
MAY 22
Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 and 2 - $39.99

Capcom brings us this collection of Mega Man games, split into two volumes. Vol.1 contains the six NES games, while vol.2 includes 7-10. They can be bought separately on the Eshop, or combined in a physical version. Note that that for the physical release, only vol.1 is on the cart -- you'll still need to download vol.2 even if you purchase it physically.

Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection - $39.99

One week later Capcom brings us yet another compilation, this time pulling together every Street Fighter game from the original to Street Fighter III: Third Strike for a total of 12 separate games.
