Hello steam community, today i want talking about PS4. It's been years now Sony's PlayStation trying to go a higher peak
I have PS4 console but not Pro, because i dont have 4K TV. if you have 4k TV this console is for you. It's not going to replace the original system. Instead, it's meant to tide over gamers who've upgraded to new 4K TVs with fancy high-dynamic-range (HDR) lighting features. It's a more significant step up than the Xbox One S, which is mostly centered around upscaling 4K content.
The new Pro GPU shuts down half of its compute units and the rest are downclocked from 911MHz to the standard PS4's 800MHz. We used a Project Cars replay running on both systems to judge performance in like-for-like gaming conditions in a title that stresses both CPU and GPU, and saw totally identical results. Maintaining compatibility is Sony's key aim here, though we would have liked to have seen an option to unlock full Pro performance (or at least the additional clocks) on older PS4 games.
The main difference is resolution. Whereas the original PS4 is limited to a maximum for 1080p, the new PS4 Pro can go up as high as 2160p, or 4K as it's more commonly known.
Isnt there already a PS5.... or am i thinking of something else ?
No, PS5 is not coming yet
