In the conference he was saying 4k with 60 frames but yeah idk how that would be possible when a graphics card OVER $500 (Xbox One X Price) cant run games in 4k AND 60 frames. So I hope the 4k resolution isnt a restriction fro developers and can use the Xbone One X powere purely for that sexy 60fps.

I missed that - I will need to give it a listen but you are right, seems kind of improbable as it is hard to do that on PC.
Really what they should have made a bigger deal was to show more games from the PC world coming to xbox one. I think the best thing they showed (other than the Xbox One X) was Playerunkowns' Battleground coming to Xbox One.
