Zombie Adventure - Game 12 - Day 6 (Dec. 17, 2017)

The team managed to open a couple of doors. What is that inside the buildings?

Objective: Find and recover the artifact from the doorless vault in the middle of the forbidden city. Only one player need leave the city with the artifact to win the challenge.

Players turn from day before:

(3) rayne122 [torch, gasoline, x-bow] Shoots at the Runner in the Eastern spawn zone but misses it. Searches the car and finds a Molotov. Moves South.
(2) vanquish [axe] Moves North and breaks open the door. Moves East.
(4) justatouchfey [x-bow, axe] 2 swings with the axe takes the door down, then an arrow from the x-bow takes down the Walker within the first room.
(5) pandorasbox [bat, torch] Using the bat, 2 Runners are smitten. Moves South.
(1) safat [pistol, torch] Moves South and shoots the Runner in the Eastern spawn zone. Searches and finds a Walker.

Zombie Turn after the players made the above moves:

All zombies pre-existing on the board move: The Walker found by Player 1 attacks, rolls 6 = success. Player 1 suffers 1 damage point. The Runner from inside the S/E building runs out to meet players 3&4.
Zombies spawn at spawn sites:
left rolls a 4 = Walker.
top rolls a 3 = Walker .
right rolls a 5 = Runner.

Sort:  

I'll hack at the runner sharing the square with me and if I have moves left, enter the building S and shoot the walker E.

I just realized that Player 3 moved away without killing the zombie in the same space! My bad for allowing it to happen.

Player 4

Action 1: Hack at the Runner with the axe. Roll 5 = success! The Runner has been chopped down.
Action 2: Move South.
Action 3: Use the x-bow to shoot at the Walker to the East. Roll 5 = success. The Walker has been shot down.

Yes! Zombie Killah!

You betcha! Great job! Now let's see if you can discover the clues to accessing that vault!

Player 5

Action 1: Use the bat to attack the found walker. Roll 3 = fail.
Action 2: Try again. Roll 5 = success. The Walker has been clobbered!
Action 3: Us e the torch to search the car. Roll 6 = success. You found a rifle and a bat.

Players 1 and 3 could use the bat. They can take it if they want it. Nothing needs to be traded in return for it. Player 5 has no more actions left, so cannot give it away this turn, but you may be able to use one of your actions to take it.

I am back home, so next turn I do it myself again! thanks for running my char, you did pretty much exactly what I would've done :)
I will see if anybody wants the bat. For now, I have a rifle omg!

Move N, Take the bat from player 5, search the car using torch for an axe.
After search, combine torch and gasoline.

Player 3

Action 1: Move North.
Action 2: Trade the bat from player 5 for a Molotov. (Your inventory is full so a trade is necessary before you do another search. Otherwise you have no room to take anything you find. Plus you already have gasoline and a torch, so you can make another Molotov when it is needed. In the meantime I recommend leaving the torch as a torch so that you get 2 items per search. No point combining them too early.
Action 3: Search the car using the torch. Roll 4 = success! You found another torch and a CZ-550. (OK, you were smarter than me. I'll go back and make the Molotov from the other torch and gasoline!)

Haha. I took the precaution in the right time, I guess ! :D

Actually, you should not have been allowed to move before killing the zombie that was with you. My mistake for not catching that. Player 4 has killed it for you now, but that was out of turn order.

Ah ! Damn, totally forgot about it.
I wanted to submit my post after seeing the action of player 4.
But I forgot and submitted earlier.

Sorry for that.. Think it as a game bug that will happen only once. :p

I just realized that after making a Molotov, you would no longer have a torch, so you should not have got 2 items from the search. However, since there are just 5 team members this time and so many nasty zombies, you people need all the help you can get, especially with 2 wounded already. Try and spread out the equipment so that everyone can maximize their efficiency.

I wanted to search first and then combine to create moltov.
I thought the found items will still be there while combining.
Then I could free up a space and take the usable item.

Move East again and break the door of the building go in and search for the artifact.

Player 2

Action 1: Move East.
Action 2: Attack the door with the axe. Roll 1 = fail.
Action 3: Try again. Roll 6 = success! The door buckles under the 2nd chop and comes crashing down.

Sounds amazing

Player 1

Action 1: Use the pistol to shoot at the Runner in the East spawn zone. Roll 3 = fail.
Action 2: Try again. Roll 6 = success. The runner in the spawn zone has been gunned down.
Action 3: Stay safe and skip it instead of searching.
