This Year we got some awesome games like Resident Evil 7, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Call of Duty: WWII and many more. And now we are in the last month of this year. And Today I am going to talk about the top 5 games of this year which I think made this gaming year wonderful.

Call of Duty: WWII

This game is released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

Releasing Date: November 3, 2017

Call of Duty: World War 2 is the latest instalment of the Call of Duty series. Sledgehammer Games is the developer and Activision is the publisher of this game. The whole Call of Duty series is divided into four categories World War 2, Modern Warfare, Black Ops and Other story mode. Call of Duty: WWII is the latest entry in the World War 2 story. After Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: World War 2 is the only game in the series to be set during World War 2.

The Campaign mode of all of Duty: WW2 is different from the other instalments of the series. The Campaign follows Private “Red” Daniels with his squads in the war zone fighting against the Nazi enemies. This time the squads will not try to defeat the badest enemy they can ever meet; they will try to survive as the things will become worse as they proceed. The squads will be more tensed as they will find themselves deeper and deeper in the war.

Now Let's talk about the changes. This time the game will not feature regeneration of health in the campaign. The Player must find health packs or rely on medic squadmate. The squadmates will have some great feature like providing ammunition, grenades, locating enemies.

The multiplayer mode also has some great contribution making this game an awesome one. The multiplayer mode will have five divisions. A new game mode named War is also introduced in the game. A Zombie co-operative mode featuring the Nazi zombies is also available in the game which is different from the campaign.

Assassin's Creed: Origins

This game is released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

Assassin's Creed: Origins is an action-adventure video game and it is the tenth major instalment of the Assassin's Creed series. Ubisoft is the publisher and developer of this game. The game follows the centuries-old Assasin's who fights for peace and free will against the Templars who thinks controlling humanity will bring peace. From the beginning itself, the first game of the series was accepted by the gamers community and made this series the best selling games of Ubisoft.

As I already said this game is an action-adventure game. The player has to complete quests and objectives to proceed further in the game. Completing the objectives earn the player some new skills and experience points. The player can roam freely on foot or horseback or can complete side-quests and unlock new skills. One important feature of the game is the eagle-eye, by which the player can scout the area and get the location of new objectives and enemies.

Now when moving to the plot we will find, Bayek who is a Medjay who is the main character of the game with his wife Aya. They will save the people of the Ptolemaic Kingdom. Assasin's Creed: Origins has the largest and best map in the whole Assasin's Creed series. One of the best thing in Assasin's Creed: Origins is the ability to complete the story without getting any cut scenes but you can always fast-travel. The performance of Bayek while jumping and running is far better than previous Assasins.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus

This game is released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

This is a first-person shooter action-adventure game and eleventh instalment of the Wolfenstein series. MachineGames is the developer and Bethesda Softworks is the publisher of this game. This is the successor to the Wolfenstein: The New Order. Most parts of the game are entirely navigated on foot. The game right from the beginning is divided into many chapters, the player must complete the chapters to proceed.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is packed with an awesome cast of heroes fighting against high tech Nazis. The shooting experience is too smooth that you will be amazed at every single killing scene and the outstanding performance of the villain in their death scenes is a bonus. The weapons like pistol, SMG, machine gun, shotgun, grenade launcher can be customized as you wish. Moreover, the weapons provide three different abilities when upgraded.

The game will start from where the last part which is Wolfenstein: The New Order. For them who played Wolfenstein: The New Order it will be a bonus. The game has a very good storyline and the performance of the cast is worth an applaud.

Horizon Zero Dawn - The Frozen Wilds

This game is released for only PlayStation 4

Horizon Zero Dawn - The Frozen Wilds is an action role-playing video game. Guerrilla Games is the developer and Sony Interactive Entertainment is the Publisher of the game. The game follows Aloy, the main character of the game who is a hunter and have some great archery skills. The game will show the journey of Aloy to a mysterious mountain.

This game is actually a part of the main game and can be played be after finishing the story. You can play this game without completing the original quest but it is better to play the previous games before trying it. This game features like new machines, quests, weapons etc. But this game will lake the characters from the base game.

In the journey of the game, you will come across the mysteries of nomadic Banuk tribe which one of the best side quests of Zero Dawn. In the beginning, Aloy will arrive in a place called 'The Cut'. New giant machines will be added in the game. The machines will be huge and come in shape of Bear, Storm bird etc.

As the new heavy updated machines are introduced in this game, many new upgraded hunting weapons are also added to hunt down those machines. One of the newly introduced weapons is the Javelin. The total gameplay length of this game is 15-hours. This 15 hour will give an awesome gaming experience to all the gamers.

Uncharted: The lost legacy

This game is released for only PlayStation 4

Releasing Date: August 22, 2017

Uncharted: The lost legacy is an action-adventure game. Naughty Dog is the developer and Sony Interactive Entertainment is the publisher of the game. It is the latest entry in the Uncharted series. This game is not a standalone one. One must play other parts of the game to experience the new visuals. The total time of gameplay of this game is only 10 hours.

The game will follow Chloe in her adventure finding a treasure ca tusk of Ganesha (A Hindu God). The gameplay will be set in India. Some more characters of the game like Nadine Ross from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves are also present in this game. Despite being only 10-hours long this game is able to provide a thrilling experience to the gamers.

One disappointment of the game is most of the action scenes like killing dudes, driving sequences are very similar to previous Uncharted games. The game will draw your eyes to the smallest detail of the game. If we talk about movements, the character can show some awesome acrobatics like jump, sprint, climb, swim, swing, etc. Some long ranged weapons like rifles and shotguns and some short ranged weapons like pistols with added silencer are also present in the game.
