What's up guys, I'm ggteixeira, just a regular guy who enjoys playing games on his spare time, reading posts on Steemit, and making his own. Today, a friend of mine invited me to come hangout and play with his guild on Arma 3 - Life. I was a bit skeptical at first, but now I can safely say there are no regrets when taking him up on the offer. For this post and if things turn out good future Arma posts, I'll be telling the story of what happened to me throughout the day.
I'd like to give a brief description of Arma 3 - Life. Arma 3 - Life is a popular gang/life simulator multiplayer server running on the realistic military shooter Arma 3. The concept is simple, you live life and earn money in-game through whatever means, spanning from being a regular farmer, getting involved in the drug scene, joining up with a gang, becoming a cop in these lawless lands, a mercenary bounty-hunter, and so on, the options go on forever.
It all starts here on the streets of my gang's hometown which we'll refer to by a popular request as 'Dimsdale.' I met up the C-18 gang leader, REDACTED, a not-so-funny guy who takes things very seriously. Myself and the other gang members just refer to him as 'Captain,' unless we want to get our heads shot off. Told you he wasn't funny.
After my introduction and joining up with the gang, Captain decided we needed to get me outfitted for the 'work' that needed to be done, something about going and around and collecting 'taxes.' He handed me a 9MM pistol, had some military-grade vehicle pull up, and told me to get up on top as lookout while we began driving over to the black-market, referred to by players simply as 'rebel base.'
Once we got close to 'rebel base,' Captain decided to tell me last minute that in and around it was a kill-on-sight zone. We were about to enter a combat-area where all the server's baddies go to arm themselves up with weapons, and all I had on me were some sandals, shorts, a shirt, and a 9MM pistol with a mag and a half. Thank God no one was at 'rebel' when we got there, because things would've been ugly for me.
Once we got there, Captain told me to get up in the only tower and stay lookout while he talked to some guys, made some deals, and got me some gear. Can't say I wasn't impressed, the rifle, suit, and armored-vest I got were definitely a step-up from what I had on me before.
After I was armed to the teeth and ready to go, Captain's next orders were to drive by and remain lookout over the Wong Triad gang-area while he collected some long over-due tax. On the way there, he warned me about bounty-hunters, hired mercenaries who go around the map hunting down and arresting criminals like us for a quick buck. Said they were usually younger guys (Like 12 years old) who didn't care much about talking and preferred to shoot first, collect bounty, ask no questions later.
Captain quickly finished up with his tax collection and we were off again. About two hundred meters away from the Wong Triad base, we noticed some shoddy looking car pulling up towards us, inside two armed men. Captain quickly pulled over, raised his rifle and let off five consecutive shots into the vehicles windshield. Turns out the guys inside were bounty-hunters who've been trying to get Captain for a few days now, especially with his stupidly high bounty.
Yea. . . Thing is, no-one collected any money that day.
No time for celebrating though, as we quickly got an alert from one of our nearby towns. Some gang C-18 had taken the town from a few days prior was back, heavily armed, and wanting back what was theirs.
We got there quick and it wasn't long before a full on firefight broke out. I managed to catch myself a body, but despite it all we were outnumbered, outgunned, and losing control of the town fast.
The gang that had taken back their town though had left their truck in the middle of town and the guy I just killed luckily had some lock-picks on him, so we did the only sensible thing and lock-picked the truck, driving off away from the town as the rival gang had at this point fully-taken control. Captain told me not to worry and said that the vehicle we had just stolen was worth way more then what the property we had just lost was getting, so we began our drive to the chop-shop to make ourselves a quick buck.
Once we got there, I checked the truck and found 33 uncut diamonds waiting inside, I just hit the jackpot. Then all hell-broke loose. The gang had followed us and began firing on us right away. They wanted back their diamonds, but we weren't giving them up without a fight.
I managed to grab myself three bodies that night. Things were looking bright for us, until all the gunfire and noise attracted unwanted attention, the local authorities. Captain was caught off guard and arrested, while the remaining enemy gang members and cops skirmished it out. I caught a stray bullet and was in no shape to fight, so I quickly rushed over to a nearby car, repaired what I could and drove off away from all the fighting, thousands of dollars worth of diamonds safely tucked away in my inventory. It was time to find the nearest jewelry store.
After an hour or so, I got a text from Captain saying he managed to bribe a few guys and pay out his bail. Said he needed a ride back to base, so I decided to go over to pick him up. There, we met an unexpected friend, Sadam Hussein, some little kid with a big mouth who for whatever reason thought he was immortal.
Sadly for him, Captain wasn't in a good mood that day. . .
As always I'd like to thank everyone for reading. I had a lot of fun playing Arma 3 - Life, and even more fun writing about what happened in today's Steem post. I will definitely be playing more and writing more about my adventures. Feel free to leave a comment below on whatever you like, and I hope y'all have a wonderful day.
Arma 3- Life is great times man! It's been awhile since I've had enough time for dedicated role play, but there are some things that one only gets to experience in Arma 3- Life. If you don't play it, you'll never live it lol Great post!

Graphics Are Very Clear Seems Like Reals
After reading this, I'm gonna check A3 Life out asap! :)
How in the hell have I not heard about this?
Guess I ain't getting shit done today.
Every time that I try playing I just feel as if the game is too choppy since Arma 3 really wasn't meant to be used in that way. I can see how it's fun when you grind a lot though because I'd imagine it'd be really cool owning the server with a huge gang and a lot of expensive vehicles!
I want to buy arma 3 before the steam sale ends, but my friends says it's too grindy :(
Love it!
graphics are very clear seems like real.
One of the most realistic graphics game. Looking forward for its release soon !👌
