The Game Awards 2017 - Top 10 Upcoming Games

This is a list I made of some of the top upcoming games announced or show at 'The Game Awards 2017', in the Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles, California.

Now to get on with my list of the top ten upcoming games/ add-ons shown at the awards ceremony.

1. Witchfire.
   

Witchfire is a fictional former superhero, now supervillain, and magician. She was a former member of Gamma Flight and was eventually recruited into Beta Flight. She is the daughter of X-Men villain Belasco.
This game takes the Marvel Comics classic to a whole new level!
Release Date is still To Be Announced (TBA) but heres a screenshot from gameplay.

2 . World War Z

Developed by Saber Interactive, the studio who is behind other works such as Quake Champions, Timeshift and Inversion, comes World War Z.
The Zombie apocalypse novel, turned movie starring Brad Pitt, is now being made into a game and will be coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One!
It will be a four-player Co-Op Action Game where you can use traps and the environment to try and stay alive, and unleash a storm of firepower with the large variety of weapons on the hordes of the undead.

3 . PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds - Miramar

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, otherwise known as just PUBG, is an online multiplayer "Battle Royale" style game that was made by Brendan 'PlayerUnknown' Greene using mods and expanded into its own stand-alone game.
With over 20 million players, it is the most played game on Steam.com (the gaming platform) with over 2 billion hours played online!
A new desert map, Miramar, has been added to the game and it has only added fuel to the game addiction fire!

4 . Fade To Silence

Fade To Silence, a survival-RPG, set in the snow where you'll be doing lots of looting, crafting and can travel around on a sled pulled by dogs!
Early Access to this game is available starting Thursday, 14th of December.
Fans online are saying it is like the PS4 Exclusive, Horizon Zero Dawn, except with monsters instead of robots!

5 . Dreams

Media Molecule, the developers behind 2008's LittleBig Planet that made waves when it was launched, had several spin offs and 2 sequels, has finally added another game to the collection, Dreams.
Another "building game" that incorporates tools for building and sharing crazy and cool content!
This will be an PS4 exclusive title.

6 . GTFO

Take a look at the first gameplay trailer for GTFO, a 4 player co-operative experience, that premiered at 'The Game Awards 2017'.
It is a co-operative survival game that is made by the creators of Payday and Payday 2. They have just launched a new studio called 10 Chambers Collective.
It looks pretty good judging by the footage, take a look at the trailer just below!

7 . Metro Exodus

Metro Exodus is an epic, story-driven first person shooter from 4A Games that blends deadly combat and stealth with exploration and survival horror in one of the most immersive game worlds ever created.
It is the Third episode in the 'Metro' series.

Explore the Russian wilderness across vast, non-linear levels and follow a thrilling story-line that spans an entire year through spring, summer and autumn to the depths of nuclear winter.

Inspired by the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky, Metro Exodus continues Artyom’s story in the greatest Metro adventure yet.

8 . Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is an upcoming action-adventure video game developed by Rare and published by Microsoft Studios for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One. It was developed using the Unreal Engine.

It is a pirate themed first-person online action adventure !
Coming 20th March '18.

9 . Fortnite Battle Royale (50 vs 50)

Fortnite Battle Royale is a FREE, 100 player battle royale style game with one giant map where players are dropped from a flying bus and land all over the map trying to find weapons and loot in an effort to be the last man standing!
It is a similar game mode to PUBG but is more animated and you can build structures from scavanged wood or blocks!
They are after making a new game mode that has got many fans very excited, the 50 vs 50 mode, where quite obviously, 50 players take on the other 50 players in an all-out large scale...Battle Royale!

10 . Death Stranding

Death Stranding is an upcoming Action-Open World game developed by Hideo Kojima (Kojima Productions) and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment exclusively for PS4.
It stars Walking Dead star, Norman Reedus, after the fall of the last title that they were expected to be making together, Silent Hills. Director Guillero del Torro is also expected to make an in-game appearance!

When the main character Sam dies, the player is sent to another world, referred to as an upside-down world submerged in water. Kojima suggests that when the player returns to the world of the living, anything they did or any damage that an explosion or the likes causes when the player dies remains persistent in the world and does not go away.

Release date is still To Be Announced but here is the trailer!
