It has been a pain to advance in this settlement and like you've said it's a matter of selling and rebuilding. Tomorrow I'm probably going to sell of a Shrine because I want to get another Hut in there. Once I've got the Huts I can remove some shacks and hopefully add a 2nd Axe Smith again.
