RE: SimCity (2013): Can it be Redeemed?

Your city looks too organized to be real :)

This is quite a blast from the past. Do you ever go into debt? I always pondered that question when I first saw it and remember I never did it. But now I know a bit more.... I wonder.

I promise it's real, haha! It's the result of many hours of city planning and many failed cities along the way. It does look good, though. It's one of the better cities I've built since I got the game.

I've gone broke a few times. You can see that I have a negative cash flow in the later screenshots above, however, I was making profit from selling computer chips, so I didn't really have to worry about it much. You can also pass bond measures if you're strapped for cash, but it increases the amount you must pay hourly.

If you go completely broke, the game makes you turn off public services, raise taxes, pass a bond measure, or abandon your city. You can raise taxes briefly, but it makes your Sims pretty upset. haha

It's a great game. Thanks for your comment.
