RE: Will you buy the new Super Nes classic edition ?

It is a great cash grab on Nintendo's part, rather then making all these games available on their new console via their store, or selling a Nintendo emulator for smartphones, they have chosen to mass produce disposable mini systems. Glad I have an Xbox one which will soon be able to play classics from the original Xbox. For 79$ you can buy a Raspberry pi and two usb controllers, which is probably the route I'll take.

i know. I think i will cost less with a raspberry pi

Can't wait for that Xbox One Xbox Originals feature. Hopefully it will play Shenmue 2, Panzer Dragon Orta, Jet Set Radio Future, SEGA GT and all those goodness.

As for Nintendo these products seem to be merely a strategic move in order to re-introduce their brand heritage to younger generation.

We are excited for SNES Classic tho as we have gone even further writing an ultimate guide to help Steemit community getting one-> https://steemit.com/nintendo/@novinworks/guide-for-getting-a-snes-classic-edition

Yeah, but I can't buy into it, seems wasteful, how many super intends and there cartridges are rotting away in game stores or dumps. Now I'm scouring used game stores for a copy of fuzion frenzy, was an awesome party game, glad its first on their list.
