Oh man this game is so nostalgic to me! :D Used to play this on LAN with my friends, we then set an alarm clock that everyone was allowed to build their stuff for 30 mins or something , then the alarm ring and the game was really 'on' :D Good ol days!

I always just played by myaelf - but that sounds like a hell of a lot of fun.
yeah :P especially when after 30 people noone was ready,, and there was a vote for another 10 mins.. then another 10 mins.. etc etc :P got rediculous at some point :D
