The European event is set to run from June 15-18 at PGL's studios, in Bucharest, Romania. Eight teams will be competing for $50,000 and three spots at the PGL Major Krakow 2017 Main Qualifier.
Happy's EnVyUs are one of the main contenders
EnVyUs have been placed in Group A, together with BIG, Kinguin and fnatic Academy - who will play as Ballistix due to the tournament rules regarding academy teams. Group B will see PENTA, iGame.com, LDLC and dignitas face off for two places in the playoffs.
Here are the groups for the Europe Minor, which will feature a GSL format:
Group A Group B
France EnVyUs Europe PENTA
Germany BIG Europe LDLC
Poland Kinguin Norway dignitas
Sweden fnatic Academy (Ballistix)

The first two days will be dedicated to the group stage. The victors from the opening matches will advance to the winners' match, in which they will play another best-of-one for a place in the playoffs. Teams dropping to the Lower Bracket will play best-of-three matches.
