Just as I said to someone else above... seems like you're new too... so I just want to tell you that it's a bad idea to ask for upvote exchange.

Your voting power depends on your SP (steem power) but your current SP is very low. You can get more SP by posting posts that become popular... but you have to make really good posts... it took me three months to get 100+ SP.

In your case, asking for a vote exchange is like telling someone "Give me $1 I'll give you $0.1" when someone first impression about you is that, it's easy for them to hate you.

And finally.. you can only upvote few times daily (for me I can upvote 10 posts).. if you upvote more than that you'll make your voting power decrease until it reaches zero... so a lot of people only upvote what they like most each day.

That's why... please don't ask for "follow" or "upvote" because anyone who likes you will do that without you asking... and anyone who don't like you won't do that even if you asked.... and since there are a lot of scammers, asking these will only make you look like one.
