Ren's Story One day while practicing near Prairie City, Ren was greeted by Illusion and Lunaria. Because Illusion is his future, Illusion uses his power to infest him and they both fall unconscious. Soon the Mayor of Prairie City finds him and after Ren wakes up, he meets Lunaria who follows him around. Using the power of Illusion to fight the many enemies he encounters, he manages to join other adventurers in the village of Calderock and to the part where everyone tries to find and rescue Rose from Black Knight (Velskud). She befriends a talking ninja cat named Shadow Neko, who communicates with her and teaches her fighting skills.
Initially, he was subject to the ability of time travel and warping Lunaria that he could not control, and was finally frustrated by his lack of answers. Painful because Lunaria jumps over time randomly, Ren tries to find ways to control it, Lunaria becomes unclear as usual. At this point, Ren reveals more truth about himself and learns a bit about Illusion and Lunaria in the past. After learning how to clean the poison from Calderock Village, Master Sorceress Tiana mentioned Orb Purity which Lunaria might say helped him take control. Lunaria swallows a portion, and says it will help to temporarily suppress its strength. They then went after Velskud who had gone to Saint Heaven, following other adventurers. (Game Box)
