I was pondering the idea if they'd let Pikachu grow up and if Pikachu would have a baby Pichu. I don't think they would. Pikachu might be more inclined to adopt an orphaned Pichu. Few anime characters seem to grow up, in Pokemon Ash does not. We are the ones that grow up XD
