re-activate the sniping of Exploration
I'm not even sure what that means... if multiple explorers explore the same square the first arrival wins?! Or can someone actually take out explorer ships with a fighting-squad?

Every tile can only be explored once. The exploration mission which reaches the tile first will get the chance to explore the field. This means that if a tile is being explored by one player with a long way, another player with a shorter way could steal the tile from the other player.
