Here is a quick sculpt I did to test the baking of an extremly high poly model.
Baking is the projection of the high poly model on the low poly model. So the low poly looks like the high poly, but doesn't need as much performance (optimized for gaming).
The texturing was done in Substance Painter and the rendering in Unreal Engine 4.
The whole thing only took about 4h.
