Yes it really is =), yesterday I just finished playing it, but I think you have to use the DOS Box emulator to play it.

I will definitely have to try this.
There are a lot of sites where you can download the game, I downloaded it in abandonware some years ago, but now it seems to be offline. Perhaps this site works:
