Firstly, thanks to the people who have agreed to promote this new TULIP game; we need 3 or 4 more people - if you're interested then please read our first post.
Today is my turn to distribute some free TULIPs directly.
Below is a simple question; just give the answer in a comment.
But before that, a little bit more about this token game. TULIP is the third game in a series that started with ONECENT and then moved on to the shorter ADDAX game. They both have a token distribution that has been mathematically calculated and remains fixed once the game starts. The game-account cannot create new tokens during the game and is not allowed to be a player.
The function of @Busbecq is that of administrator. I administer the funds created by the token sales and seek to get the maximum possible income during the 28 days of play. At the end of the game, there will be a final valuation of all the held assets, plus any rewards coming in the 7 days after the game stops, and a closing token price will be published. All users who are still token-holders at the end of the game can redeem those tokens on Steem Engine at that closing fixed price.
There will be winners and losers, but there should be more winners than losers because the average value of the tokens will rise during the game. To get a better idea of how the token price may develop, it is worth looking at both ONECENT and ADDAX. As you can see, the current prices are way beyond the nominal 1 cent.
Is it possible for everyone to win? In theory, yes, because the average token value is higher at the end compared to the start. However, you still need to be able to trade the tokens effectively; to help new traders be more successful, ONECENT has been publishing posts on trading techniques and game theory.
More details in the coming days. Scheduled start is Thursday 8 August but this remains provisional.
OK, I shall stop rambling and get on with the contest question.

ONECENT: The First Strategic Token Investment Game (STIG)
Ogier Ghiselin de Busbecq (1522 in Comines – 28 October 1592; Latin: Augerius Gislenius Busbequius; sometimes Augier Ghislain de Busbecq) was a 16th-century Flemish writer, herbalist and diplomat in the employ of three generations of Austrian monarchs. He served as ambassador to the Ottoman Empire in Constantinople and in 1581 published a book about his time there, Itinera Constantinopolitanum et Amasianum, re-published in 1595 under the title of Turcicae epistolae or "Turkish Letters". His letters also contain the only surviving word list of Crimean Gothic, a Germanic dialect spoken at the time in some isolated regions of Crimea.
But... what about the tulips?

Oh, and more relevantly, "he sent some tulip bulbs to his friend Charles de l'Écluse, who breeded and adapted them to life in the European climate."
What I can find on de l'Écluse, is that he worked in the low countries. While he was French, he died in the Netherlands so I going to guess Busbecq is credited with introducing the tulip to the Netherlands via his friend de l'Écluse.

:-) 50 TULIPs on their way!
Now... let's see who else is paying attention...
Wrong again... de l'Ecluse was in Vienna when Busbecq sent him the bulbs.
"He received tulip seeds and bulbs from Ogier Ghiselin de Busbecq for the Vienna Garden. [Delecluse] experimented with growing them and became an expert, writing his findings in 1601.
He took a collection of the best tulips in western Europe, and spread them by sending them to acquaintances.. The result was that tulip nurseries were established in Holland..."

20 TULIPs on their way!
Busbecq fell in love with the tulip when he was the ambassador to Constantinople. Tulips may not have been the original name of the flower. When inquiring about the name of the flower that the Turks liked to display in their turban was instead told the Persian word for turban (tulipan) .
