If I may...
It might not be my place to intervene. I'm just a fellow Steemian and nothing else. But I'm failing to see the problem here. I mean, I do understand your point. You claim that you are a real account, that you just had a friend help you because of a unique situation in your country. This very well could be true, and there is no way anyone could prove otherwise. (that i know of)
However, what does intrigue me quite a bit is the fact that you believe to be in the right to use @buildawhale - That part is confusing to me.
Let's assume for the sake of argument that @themarkymark is not a bot owner. Let's say that he has a bakery. And, he sees a customer walk in not wearing a t-shirt. He tells the customer he won't serve him and that he needs to leave.
Let's also assume for the sake of argument that the customer gets upset and demands to be sold bread, because he has money and the t-shirt is irrelevant to the transaction.
We are talking about two free individuals.-
Bakery owner has the right to not give someone access to his products, that is his freedom.
Customer has the right to not wear a shirt, that is his freedom.
The customer of my silly story cannot possibly claim that his desire to be serviced by the bakery is more important than the owner of the Bakery's choice. This would be implying that the customer's will has more validity than the Baker's - which also implies one human being superior to another.
Hardly any argument with validity can be extracted from there.
So, as an outsider the way I see it is quite simple.
You can continue to work on your blog, experience your freedom, exercise your choices to write about any subject you want, and the users of the platform should be OK with that (like I am).
Along the same lines any service provider has the right to not make himself available to you as a customer.
There are no victims here. Unless I'm missing something. I don't understand how you being denied a service has decreased your quality of life. Granted, I'm being a little silly, but it seems that the conversation has gotten emotional for no reason.
thank you very much about your post , as I stated before I'm still new to steemit and I don't fully understand it so I thought being blacklisted is really a bad thing for my account
but actually there are other bots as well that use his blacklist and they did the same
if it's just about the voting bot then I'm ok with it , they are free to not serve me as you stated
again thank you very much sir for the explanation
@meno here we go mate , you see what's the problem
the bot will keep posting the false alarm ( Spam ,Plagiarism,Scam or Fraud) everytime I make a blog which makes my blogs look shady for readers
as you said he is free to not offer me the upvote service , but do you find such acts acceptable ?
I keep messaging him , he is responding to everyone else in that blog except me lol
oh, ill try to massage the situation for you... no promises... but i'll try
much appreciated mate , he is free to blacklist me for his bot but keep posting that my content is bad shouldn't be acceptable
