What will our future look like? Here is a thought experiment.
The time that it takes to get information out of data, has been steadily decreasing. What used to take a day of library browsing, can now be found within minutes of Googling.
With the advent of AI, miniaturisation and advancements in networking technologies and brain-computer interfaces, one could assume that this trend will continue to a point where any information that you require, is readily available.
Imagine a world where anything you need to know, is instantly known. Any "decision" you need to make, has already been made at the moment that the problem appears.
Humanity will become scarily perfect.
So will we become more happy, as well?
