Reward thievery happens in many ways here, the most direct is malicious flagging which as I've been mentioning will not be fixed with SMTs or Dapps and the others are self-voting whales (for 8 or more months the highest Rep account is haijin, who singlehandedly has stolen millions from the platform thus far and has continued even with a large part of the community trying to flag him and is still "distributing" rewards in this "economy" for himself only) and the other part is the dismal abuse of the vote buyers invalidating the genius curation model and those rewards.
