With a yawn you grab your phone,
and check one site and one alone,

did steem value bloat?
Then you go back to bed with a stretch and a moan.

Good morning my friend, I sometimes do the same. Hehehe
I like to do several "quick" check-ins per day, if I have a blog idea that takes at least an hour, but if not, I will quickly check my top 4-5 coins on coinmarket cap, and look at my feed on Steemit to see if I can see new posts from my favourite content creators.
Its a committment, and it takes a lot of time, but I make it part of my day as an effort to build for the future.

Good morning ,You described beautifully routine of the steemians ,i think most of the steemians used to check their mobile even if they wake up middle of the night...
some used to check their feed before getting off because one small positive thought in the morning can change your whole entire day.
I think that is the condition all serious steemians and you've beautifully it put together in words.
