Dam Straight! Whenever I hear about people buying it I cringe.
I bought it. And I sold some. Made a decent profit. It may be bad, but it's profitable!

Banks are already involved in ripple, as a matter of fact I'd wager that is where most of it's market cap is/trading volume is now.
