As a Basketball coach and all round Sports Nut when I am not on the court coaching I have plenty of time to watch sports of all kind. Anything from NBA, NHL, NFL and yes even Premiere League Darts.

Baseball is losing fans, especially young fans for the simple reason IT'S TOO SLOW.

Think of the endless meetings on the mounds, the batter stepping out, the picture walking off the mound and resetting. Too much time being spent posturing instead of playing.

Today's youth like constant stimulation. With Iphones, Youtube, On-line Games, they want to be constantly engaged. Baseball is the antithesis of this new generational need.
