Black humor. Right or not?

Do not mess around on some themes, or yes?

I've always had that kind of subtly sharp and even black humor.

Perhaps mindful of a goth past and years of Will and Grace combined with Vonnegut's books have made me develop a very particular sense of humor.

Black humor for many is a kind of taboo, on some things you do not joke point enough and so we sarcastic fools that we can joke about everything we are pointed out as insensitive and rude.

But what was more wrong, even us lovers of black humor, we have a heart, black but we have it!

I'm joking, obviously.

Sarcasm is not always tolerated.

What are we joking about? On everything, death, illness, sex, murder, suicide and other topics of particular interest in daily news.


Today, for example, I have to go to a funeral and when I got ready I started with "Of course vogue should make a column for funeral outfits, for this appointment with death I do not know what to wear"

My mother laughed, the rest was ice.

I know mom, you did me with a strange humor and anyway, in that case I was not joking.

Black humor, right or not?

It hits the most sensitive minds, of course, but is it really a tacky humor?

On what topics is it safe to joke? This is a question that I often ask myself.

I also add that there is a way and a joke on a dismal topic, I hate those who fall short in vulgarity, for example, but I appreciate the cold and a sharp humor.

Perhaps it is precisely the graceful break of a taboo that makes black humor particularly appreciated by some of us.

A way to play down and make matters that are otherwise extremely dark and obscure less cumbersome.

And what better way to break the heaviness than to laugh at it?

How to break a spell, normalizing something perceived as sacred.

However I do not worry too much, the research is on my side, they say that those who love bad humor are smarter.

 I always knew I was a genius for someone!

Fiuuuu.

Are you ever embarrassed by your incorrect jokes?
It happens to me now so often that I'm used to looks oblique and dirty looks. Yet to me the gloomy humor likes it, it will be that I do not believe in the sincerity of the all correct and of the politically correct. Funny black humor or not? 

Can you exorcise black themes by burying them with a joke? I'm very curious to see if I'm the only lover of the genre.
