DIY cleaning the shower tips

in #funny7 years ago

In the beginning of the year, I decided I will tackle a room or whatever it might be and start cleaning it.

If there’s one cleaning task I used to put off the most, it was definitely cleaning the shower. It felt like it took forever! And it never ended up feeling or looking as clean as I’d have liked it to, even after repeated scrubbing.

Everyone is always talking about vinegar and bicarbonate of soda that works for everything. And I really use it, because it works for most stuff.

So 1st I tried vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. And I scrubbed and scrubbed. And then I left it awhile and it sort of came off but not really what I wanted.

So I started digging in my cupboard and I decided to try the following:

In a spray bottle I combine the bleach and vinegar. Mix thoroughly and spray. Allow it to sit for a few minutes and then clean.

You should probably also put a mask and gloves on. The fumes are really strong.

I was honestly shocked at how well it works! It really does the job.

PS don't make the same mistake as what I did, use a mask.
