You're funny =) It's a great point. But truly people just don't pay enough attention to any vegetables on the whole. Actually, one of my favorite uses of parsley is for making green juice!
1 big bundle of parsley
~3 lbs of carrots
a half a large head of green cabbage
and a cluster of celery
makes a dark emerald green veggie juice, I love it!!!! the parsley is pretty much where all the color comes from. anyway, thanks for the recipe, looks tasty!!!
