Smile, why not do it? Every moment of our lives is full of situations that for some reason or another leads us to smile with joy, nostalgia, emotion, euphoria, picardy, etc.

Laughing helps cure depression, stress and anguish. It helps us feel better and more comfortable. Cleans and ventilates the lungs. It improves the oxygenation of the brain and the body in general. Regularize the heart rate. It helps to work the digestive system and regulates the intestine. Relax tense muscles. It decreases the production of hormones that cause stress. Decreases blood pressure of the blood. As there are many benefits to smile, then why not do it?

The language that transmits a smile is always positive, it is preferable to give and receive a smile than a bad face, because good energies are transmitted and everything flows much better.

A curious fact, is that laughter is contagious, it has been shown that just seeing a person smile infect us and inevitably we smile, laugh and even laugh, often without knowing the reason for the contagious laughter, it is only by the fact of seeing the expressions transmitted.

Another characteristic of laughter is that it is attractive, yes, that's right, it turns out that people can get to conquer with a smile or at least feel the first attraction between them. A study has shown that both men and women position a sense of humor over intelligence, education, profession or sexual instinct in the list of desirable requirements in a couple. Think about it. Who does not like to be smiled?
