Characters of Steemit.

In the beginning most users start out like this, along the way they then meet people and they see the need to change. Not all of them change, which is sad.

Meet the Spammer

We all should know this user @andyluy which leaves lovely notes in your wallet wall:

"Good morning dragonslayer109! I today I made a post inspired by an interesting post written by the steemit witnesses @timcliff where he point some bad consequencies of a current steemit feature, and submit a changing proposal, I do believe that this whole process can be quite interesting in order for everyone to understand better how does changings are implemented on steemit, I would love to have your feedback on it: https://steemit.com/steemit/@andyluy/how-changes-are-made-on-steemit Thank you for spare some of your time to read my message, I wish you a great sunday ! ♥ ^^/"

Probably on of the best wallet wall spammers we have, but most people just ignore it. He gives you free SBD, so why not :P

I can't understand how someone could spam, is it born in them? I just do not get it. I have even tried helping people, but yet they still keep on with what they always did. Seldom they change and stop spamming.

I don't think anyone likes spammers, but one of the funniest things is that they deny they are spammers. Often when a spammer starts getting the nukes from the steemcleaners they head to go fix the situation...

I can't believe that they would say they have never spammed... Come on guys we can see it everywhere and posts don't just disappear...

But as spamming goes, you get rid of the one and another comes back, like weeds in your garden, you just can't get rid of them all. So to all those trying to fight the spam...
GOOD LUCK

Thank you for letting me know about the discontentment you are having with the memos I sent you.

And I do also agreed with you position against span, I've received and even seen lot of people sending thousand of 0.001 memos (probably using bots) to a hole bunch of people. The position I have been taking towards it so far was the one you have said, I just ignore it. But you are absolutely right about this not being a healthy behaving couse soon or latter someones shall get bored and decide to do something against it.

I decided to do a diff thing, despite of I was indeed sending memos with links to my posts, I'm not asking for upvotes but for a feedback, my intention with that is not just spam everyone wallet in order to get random high payout, but listen to the thoughts of those who I have considered good judges of content. I didn't pick people to send at random, individually choose each one of then based in who have already had a positive interaction with me.

In addition I use to often send a message saying Please let me know if my messages are bothering you somehow, and I'll make sure never sending any other message like this to you anymore until now 3 people have asked me to stop sending it, whose I've send my sincere apologize and fully respect their request.

You can be sure you will never again receive any of those memos, and you would have this same result by just message me saying saying to stop. But you obviously have the full right to write a post about it. I wish your post grant you a good reward in order to compensate any damage I could have done to you.

Once again thank you for let me know your toughs through this post. And sorry for any inconvenience I might have couse to you.

wish you have a great week.

You're missing the point. No one of importance is going to respond to you doing any of this. Better to really engage with people one-to-one on topics of common interest.

Two of the biggest mistakes new people do is spam comments and begging for follows, both will not work and only move you towards failure.

Begging for Follows for follows, or upvotes, or what you are doing is a bad idea. You should read this about Steemit etiquette before you hurt your reputation. Asking for follows for follows is not a good approach on Steemit and doesn't really help your posts even if you get thousands of followers.

If you still don't believe it read this for proof that even with 12,000 followers this guy got from begging for followers his posts still make less than a dollar.

I see why you tagged it in funny. Although it confused me a little bit, I thought that the humor was enough for an upvote!

Simple, people spam on steemit because they want money and aren't capable of producing quality posts.

I can't understand how someone could spam, is it born in them? I just do not get it.

Lols
Despiration
Having low payout from all post can make you do things. 😂
No one is born as a spammer

but one of the funniest things is that they deny they are spammers.

They would call it promotion..😂😂

hahaha I see your point :D

I don't get spamming myself....but maybe somebody does. Heck, apparently people even like it. seems a bit redundant to me. a waste of time.

I have spammed, I admit it. But I've stopped and things changed for the better!

Will edit the post shortly to fix the problems.

Well said

I posted my first zap today and it was So here it is, my first zap from Zappl, looks good and more fun to come!
#zappl #love #innovation #loving-steemit #growing

I received a reply from @yehelimalul "good job bro. planning on buying some too ! good luck to us ;)"

I still don't know what is he planning to buy, Zappl?

sometimes you spam someone with out knowing you've spammed him because you are recommending spam and you are being spammed too.

great !

Thanks for sharing ...

Great work!
So I appreciate your working. It may inspaire many other. Like it inspires me. Can u plz follow me and upvote me

lol, this one clearly shows that they REALLY did NOT read the post

People just feel like spamming is the easiest way to get their point heard, but the worst spam is the one that has nothing to do remotely with the topic at hand. Better off spending that time writing an original article!

I think this is the best post tonight

hahah lol :D

Mehn, nice post man. I need more followers tho. Help a gee guys😩😩

This is a funny post

Spamming is a really bad etiquette on steemit, I think measures should be put in place to curb out spammer and they should be sanctioned.

Sorry, I could not resist ...

Thanks, @dragonslayer109, if all the spammers can read this post.
