I almost did once,but well thank my stars i humbled myself.
There was this male friend of mine that loves teasing about how he could sing better than me.
I was a girl and he was a guy,so I would always argue that I was better.
One day,he took us out for lunch at an eatery with a karoke bar.
After eating to my fill,he pointed at the door.
I almost screamed,I was having sore throat and the song he wanted us to try was a popular song that I never knew the lyrics.
I was lucky I made reasonable excuses that I had sore throat and I was too full to sing.
If I didn't,I would have just done a frog voice presentation and chewed my lips throughout.
I sing to myself,especially when I'm alone.
Infact sometimes I go as high as I can,don't care if my voice is nice or not.😉

I think you missed the point of me posting the song you didn't like. It is the song I made my friends sing with me at karaoke. The audience actually thought it was great, because they all watched that t.v. show growing up. As a result of my picking that song they only sing with me if they pick the songs.
I had sang on Karaoke Bar during my teenage days. Sang in front of other customers with my tune xoxo.. It was fun actually, only the first minute felt like awkward. Sing for myself during bath time or during driving ☺
Oh, yeah! I had sang in a Karaoke Bar. I was with some of my friends and we got drunk. As we all were drunk we decided to take the mic and start singing some songs by Rocio Durcal and Ana Gabriel. It was so much fun because everybody was out of tone. I will do it again, just to chill.
@darsico i never sang at karaoke bar,but i used to sang karaoke with my family and with those i closed with.i love to sing but just lost courages and braveness if infront of crowd.😂😂

it's a great song but not well understood by people who missed the program growing up the song is catchy the Addams family chic chic :)
