Lol..its sure for a useful thing because the bus seem as a service delivery which and packaged been carried it's for a specific purpose but am sure its an extra way to take much cargo while on service because the tyre on it shows a proof why because in my country we so stuff as this when the van is much loaded. So get it in mind,its an extra service help.
