What’s happening in the world today is awesome!

I've found myself falling into the trap of being pessimistic because there is so much in the world to worry about. However, liberty lovers have so many reasons to celebrate what's happening in the world today. I've recently committed to choosing to be optimistic, both because it's the healthier option, but also because there are many reasons to be optimistic.

The trick for me is to remember that the reasons to be pessimistic are usually more in my face (like in the news!). So, I remind myself that the reasons to be optimistic are widely available if I know where to look! The solutions are not political, and they are all over the place.
