Back by popular demand, here is my dog Watson playing the part of acropup flyer at our beach practice. I asked him to namaSTAY balanced on some yoga poses, to add a bit of challenge. He really is a good sport and he always makes my heart happy! โค๏ธ
I think he's the only "flyer" I've solidly based haha. Here I've put him into hand bird!

Working on that back bend! I've been working towards better form on this. I think my shoulders not being super open is holding me back at this point. I have been working on shoulder flexibility exercises!
I tried to side plank, but it was hard for Watty to balance here.
This next photo is when Watson finally had enough, and no longer wanted to participate, lol!

so cute haha, he looks so chill. maui was sweet! I think i gained like 10lbs, I just ate everything I could for 6 days. only thing that was "average" was having to drive everywhere. we ended up doing 750miles in 6 days :( but all in all it was awesome
