Everywhere I go, there is always opportunity to do acroyoga. It's pretty awesome how acroyoga can bring people together from all over the world! For the past two days, we have been meeting up the acroyogi's in Chiang Mai to play. This was such a special meet up as, I got to play with with so many new friends. There were about 30 acroyogis. I met new friends from Sweden, France, and Germany.
It was really fun teaching and exchanging different acroyoga skills.

I was really lucky, and I met this very small and strong French girl. I got to practice my basing skills with her. Watch the dtube video to see the acro flow I made with her!

Do you guys pre-organise what you'll do... or are the signals that the base tells the flyer what they're going to do (or vice-versa) or do you just talk it through? It all seemed so smooth.
Do you prefer to fly or base yourself?
Hahaha, that last photo. Why should anyone stand themselves when there are dudes to lug you around every which place...
I prefer to fly, but basing makes me stronger, so I like to do both. I don't usually plan what we do, you just figure it out as you go. That's what makes acroyoga awesome, you learn how to communicate well :)
Thanks Karen... I have to say that blows my mind... when you guys are flowing like you were it pretty much looked like a well rehearsed dance.

Your synchronization, movement & rhythm is so amazing, The way you are performing doesn't show that you are doing with your new friends for the first time:) yes you are right, sports has a universal language. Pics are so amazing. keep sharing @karensuestudios

Acro yoga is team work and trust... Next level.. To be honest.. I'm a bit shy for acro yoga... Iv tryed some times... But.. I feel you need to know your partner.. I might be wrong.. Anyway it's totally awesome.. Enjoy so much 🌟 Kap 🙏

Krabi it's nice and more wild natur... Then up in North Thailand Yr? From Krabi you can take bus and boat to Phangan take around 6 hours... But i left Phangan was a fast decision.. I had the go... See my blog haha.. I'm in Bkk now will stay fore som days then it's back to mother now India 🇮🇳 again from 3 time.... I have some unfinished thet yet.. Are you heading to Bkk anytime in near future... Iv been on Phangan over one year now it's a small party island 🏝 I had and existed there... I realized it was time to go on... Krabi is wonderful... Thailand is wonderful... Life is wonderful 🌟enjoy so much and stay safe. M. See you? 🙏in my dreams hahaha... Just kidding 😜of course not....
