Life Is About Fun
It is pretty funny how disconnected we can get from what life supposed to be all about. We get caught up on dump things that are not meaningful at all, and we have to come back to a place to begin again to live life with fun.
I can't tell you how many times i have changed my route in life to come back to the very beginning to do it all over again in a wiser way. Some experiences can be a wake up call to let us know what we are really doing in our lives.
I am not the one who is having fun all the time, but i do try to take advantage of every fun moment to have fun. I am all for healthy fun, but life has to be balanced and we do realize along about that along the way.
Don't feel bad if you think you are taking life the wrong way by not having fun. All you have to do is taking advantage of the fun times the best you can and you will attract more of them along the way. Spread the blessings with you mind and heart. Many blessing to all.

Off the top of my head, there are 2 reasons why it is important to have fun.
Having fun is a key part of re-enforcing habits.
From a biological, evolutionary perspective, people want do things because it is fun. When you feel like something is fun, it is because you are satisfying your fundamental human needs. Partying is fun because you are bonding with other people (if it is a good party) and bonding with people is essential to survival. Sex is fun (assuming the two parties are attracted to each other), because reproducing is fundamental to survival and again your bonding with someone. Work can be fun, if it is work that truly satisfies your need for accomplishment, self-esteem and you believe your truly doing something worthwhile. So if you want to re-inforce a positive habit, have fun with it. When you are having fun, you are releasing neurotransmitters called dopamine and serotonin. For this same reason, this is why one can become addicted to vices and negative habits, such as drugs, excessive tv, video games and porn. So if you want to reach your definition of success, have fun with the positive habits that will get you there as much as possible.
People want to be around people who are having fun
Why do you think for every advertisement you see, the person using the product or doing the action, has a big smile on their face and looks like they are having the time of their lives. Having fun attracts people, and when you bring people into your fun, you have more fun because you are bonding with them.

We have to find enjoyable time, but we must remember that, life want to keep balancing. Imbalance given wrong meaning to the life. Before we need to find better meaning of enjoy. Many fun moments occur when things go unexpectedly awry. If you're a type a planner, keep in mind that the most fun can be found in spontaneous unplanned moments. Let things happen naturally. But every time, remind life need balance.

Firstly thanks it sharing motivation article. There is always time to have fun. I don't care who we're or how little time you think we've we can make the time. Also, fun is found in the little moments we don't need to carve out our whole day.
We usually make time when we consider something a priority. When something is not a priority, people usually find excuses. It is a fact. Make sure we all find out lives a priority my friend :)

A remarkable proverb: "Cause time, fun hour" teaches us to appreciate life, its fleetingness to use wisely. How often do we waste our time on trifles, thinking that there is a lot ahead of him, an immeasurable ocean. If I ever get into any kind of problems, I faced them with fun & handle the situation very easily. If you do your work with fun then you will not get bore. I always suggest my juniors to do some fun while they are working in the office. So that they can concentrate more on the work when they do.

Always find a time to have fun, to live life, create such moments because these moments will be remembered in the end not that how much did you work your whole life. The truth is that only few people were born with a silver spoon. All of us have one natural disadvantage or two. However, what matters is how we see our life, our situation and how we react to it. When I start steemit i feel very difficult even dont know how to use . And no one teach me . I learn my self day by day . I never think I can reached 54 level . I just focous and find fun in steemit . When you understand Steemit so you can feel fun .

Buenos dias javybar, hablando de diversion , realmente yo me divierto poco ,lo que mas me gusta es participar en talleres que dictan personas expertas en determinados temas , estos talleres son totalmente participativos , tenemos que analizar cada momento , ya sea frases o realizar actividades ludicas .
Me encanta tambien caminar y bailar , dicen que bailo muy bonito , creo que es por que lo hago con mucha cadencia y suavemente .
