Do you guys pre-organise what you'll do... or are the signals that the base tells the flyer what they're going to do (or vice-versa) or do you just talk it through? It all seemed so smooth.
Do you prefer to fly or base yourself?

I prefer to fly, but basing makes me stronger, so I like to do both. I don't usually plan what we do, you just figure it out as you go. That's what makes acroyoga awesome, you learn how to communicate well :)
Thanks Karen... I have to say that blows my mind... when you guys are flowing like you were it pretty much looked like a well rehearsed dance.
