Well for fun, if you couldn't buy a vaccination, how about if you could get a vaccine in advance by using !vaccine and with multiple rounds of the virus-game, we'd see if users vaccinate enough to get a herd immunity :P

Well that would also require people to know well enough in advance about the game...
