Well for fun, if you couldn't buy a vaccination, how about if you could get a vaccine in advance by using !vaccine and with multiple rounds of the virus-game, we'd see if users vaccinate enough to get a herd immunity :P
Well that would also require people to know well enough in advance about the game...
That would be pay to win and the easy option. Here on Steem we care for the truth :P
