Well thank you Ms. @lenasveganliving :) I believe it was time well spent if I do say so myself. Haha… and who doesn’t love potatoes?!? I just read somewhere there are well over 100 different types of potatoes from all over the world, love that. As always it’s a pleasure having you stop by my friend :)

I could spend my entire life on a potato eating journey :). According to Wikipedia there are over 1,000 different potatoes in the world. Mind blown!
