Oh I bet if you got some all the way in Canada, the closest they would have come from would be Mexico so they wouldn't be as sweet as the fresh ones! They can taste so tasteless if they aren't fresh which is a shame because that one for example was so sweet and perfect! Awww I'm happy you liked it, it was delicious but a LOT of fruit so I had to share ;)

Oh yes, we get most of the exotic fruits from Mexico and we get the white dragon fruit. It has pink skin, but it's white inside and it's not very sweet, although I still like it. However, it is crazy expensive, so I buy it only when is on sale. Hopefully some day I will get chance to taste the real deal, lol π πππΏπππ
I remember buying a white dragon fruit back home and it tasted like a nothing kiwi haha just no taste at all and it was $7 for one! Crazy! I wish I could ship you some. What I'll try is to bring you one whenever I fly home and drop it off before I go to visit my mom :) Hopefully customs won't mind ;)
That would be awesome, but I am afraid the customs will take it and eat it :(
