Hi steemians, a new week has started, and good food can´t never be missed. As our occupied and modern lives demand from us to be practical even with food, then here I show you how to do an easy, fast and very nutritive mushrooms sadwich. Also this post is in order to participate in fruits and veggies monday contest, created by @lenasveganliving, hosted by @plantstoplanks. So here goes the yum part:
Procedure:
- Slice 100 g of mushrooms and fry them in medium fire during ten minutes. When finished, add two spoons of chopped coriander, and a bit of salt.
-Spread the pulp of half ripe avocade over two pieces of bread, like this:
- Finally, put the fried mushrooms over the avocado, and... .
Enjoy this yummy, easy and nutritive sandwich.
So funny--I actually just had leftover stuffed mushrooms for lunch with avocado on top! Great minds think alike. ;)

Yes, any mushies will do well. In fact I’ve done it with shiitake, and it is equally yummy.

Looks yummy! I love wild mushrooms. Actually, oyster mushrooms were the most recent ones I harvested (a couple of years ago - Wyoming isn't the greatest place to find good mushrooming.) I saw them from the road and had to cross a small stream to get to them, but I harvested about two pounds of very large mushrooms.
Mushrooms and avocado are perfect match and one of my favorites. Well done my Friend 🥑🥜🥑
