You are right. Money can be the source of energy. In a positive and negative way. :)

I always say PREVENTION before INTERVENTION. So I choose to put more effort into planning my meals and a little extra in buying fresh. Doctor visits are not in plans any time soon. lol :)

I play basketball in Italy. In a town called Cosenza. :)

    Truth! Is that where you are from originally? I love playing basketball- it's
    my favorite sport to play- but mostly just play with other teachers and students at my school now.
