Last week I went to pick up some groceries from the supermarket in my estate and they have fresh fruit juice session just like you have it in city mall. I always make my own juice as I find theirs is too expensive.
I visited their stand saw different fruit juice from coconut milk, beetroot 100% beetroot mix with watermelon, grapes, carrot and many more. So I thought okay let me grab some and I did. I got 2big bottle of grape and beetroot mix with watermelon 1k each. And I got a small bottle of carrot juice for 1k and I was like how can I keep this up?
So If i have to drink this juice everyday I have to set 1k aside? The juice was thick and it still retain it sweet taste that means they did not sieve out the shaft like we do to get out the water out of the carrot which will in the end means nothing to the body. But this one contain the shaft everything that makes it carrot is still intact.
I can't afford to buy 1k carrot juice everyday that my savings nau abegi😜
So I went to the market and charter 500naira carrot. Wash it very well. I fixed it into a big bowl and add clean drinkable water and ice. Left for 12hrs.
Then I blend it with the water I soak it with added more water after everything left for another hours in the bowl. Took out the one I want to consume immediately and the rest here. This is 4bottle of the small carrot juice I got for a thousand naira plus jara.
I did not sieve out the shaft I let it soak so it is very soft there is nothing to chew.
Most thing we spend money on are not worth it but they reward for our laziness and lack of time. Let me go and refrigerate this. It will take me for this week.
My 500 Naira paid off
