number 1 is banana
Raw bananas are 75% water, 23% carbohydrates, 1% protein. bananas are a rich source of vitamin B6 and it has vitamin C, manganese in a minimal amount
number 2 is pineapple
pineapple has a lot of vitamins and minerals and it contains 13 gram of carbohydrates,0.54gram protein,calcium 13mg
number 3 on the list is mango
mango contains 15 gram carbohydrates in 100gram it is very useful for wight gain
this is the top 3 fruits for gain weight
