Indian festivals help us detox so beautifully... fasting from grains, living on fresh fruits and fibre food.
This Navratri lets take this opportunity to cleanse our body and give our digestive system a good rest! Eat a lot of fruits, fruit smoothies, vegetable juices, avoid grains like wheat and rice, avoid onions garlic completely.
