Holidays, aloofy afternoon and mango moody memories start getting fresh as summer season comes. But due to the amount of glucose present in this favorite fruit of the children and the elderly, it is considered to be the cause of weight gain, due to which there is often a dilemma in the minds of mango whether the weight actually increases in weight?

  1. Mango is not a complete diet but various nutrients like Vitamin A, Iron, Copper and Potassium are mine.

  2. There is a generous food that provides abundant sugar to the body, which helps in increasing the energy level of the body and keeps you energized throughout the day.

  3. It is a Vitamin C reservoir which enhances the body's immune system and also contains abundant fiber in it.

  4. Very common food can also prove harmful to health.

  5. About 150 calories are found in a medium sized mango. Gaining more calories than needed will increase the weight.

  6. After eating the meal, the amount of whole calorie increases with the normal meal. To avoid this, we can take mango in our morning and evening breakfast.
